At Immortal Power, we focus on long-term athlete development. Training happens in stages; a 12-year-old with little experience doesn’t train like a professional. We emphasize proper lifting technique, sprinting form, and consistent effort. Our system is explained at every step, and athletes and parents are encouraged to ask questions. The more everyone understands the process, the better the results.
We also guide all aspects of training, including nutrition, recovery, and integrating sport practice with strength and conditioning work. Coach Mike’s goal is to develop champions; the more effort and desire you bring, the more support you receive.
